Lasting Powers of Attorney, tailored to you:
Our approach has always been to produce Lasting Powers of Attorney tailored to your needs. Our team is highly experienced, with fully qualified lawyers, who can help you make arrangements for your property and financial affairs and health and welfare. Our view is that making provision for Lasting Powers of Attorney is as equally as important as making a Will. People are often under the misconception that Lasting Powers of Attorney do not need to be made until much later on in life. This is not strictly correct. Although the onset of age is one reason that can result in mental incapacity, we are all vulnerable to a quirk of fate or an accident which can leave us in a very precarious position if provision has not been made in advance.
- Do you have a Lasting Power of Attorney in place already? Is this still adequate to meet your needs?
- Did you know that an Enduring Power of Attorney will not give your attorneys the authority to make decisions in respect of your health and general well-being?
- Have you been thinking about putting in place Lasting Powers of Attorney for a while and could you perhaps benefit from some guidance as to how to get started?
- Perhaps the recent events have reminded you of the importance of making provision for the future should the worst happen.
Whatever your objective, our friendly team of specialist solicitors are on hand to alleviate any concerns.
If any of the above is of interest, please contact us at HCprivateclient@herrington-carmichael.com or call us +44 (0)1276 686 222.
