HC advised on the strategic sale of its UK satellite payload division to TSX listed Canadian satellite builder MDA LtdIP, employees & key contracts, the conditional share sale of the payload division, and post-completion commercial agreements for the supply of SatixFy’s satellite chips to MDA.

£9.2m sale of self-storage asset to North American private equity fund. We assisted with the sale of their shares in one of their assets to a UK based subsidiary of Toronto based real estate firm Padlock Capital Partners  management of mixed use and self-storage properties in the UK. 

£8m multi-jurisdictional facility to UK subsidiary of Polish listed entity. The work involved advising on a range of cross-border security documentation, as the borrower was a UK entity borrowing from a Polish bank. Our client (the UK entity) was utilising the loan funds in order to acquire a separate UK entity, resulting in post-completion accession into the security structure.

£13.75m business restructuring. Our client is a seafood company that provides their product to more than 40 countries worldwide. We worked on a capital reduction exercise, resulting in a more efficient capital structure and allowing a return of surplus capital to shareholders.

£5m sale of dental group to an EU based counterpart. Our client is a cutting edge, digital dental lab that utilises the latest technologies in digital dentistry to provide clinics, labs and ultimately patients with bespoke implants, crowns, bridges and prosthetics. We advised on their sale to a dental group based in Luxembourg.

Norwegian investors acquire FCA regulated Fintech. We advised Norwegian investor, Buyline Holding AS, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the point of sale finance provider and FCA-regulated UK entity, Buyline Ltd.
