Your career development is a major focus for us. We want you to feel like you can achieve anything. Whether you are a lawyer, or involved in the support activities across the firm, we want you to fulfil your potential and be given space to flourish.
You will have continuous development reviews, annual appraisals, and be given constant training and support options. We support people through professional training and to achieve qualifications as we want you to realise your potential and progress your career. We build annual learning and development plans to support people who want to hone in on or improve specialist skills. We have a significant budget available for training purposes, we have a clear Continuing Performance Review programme that focuses on setting clear goals for all staff, have clear routes through each stage of a career path to avoid stagnation. We also have a fund available that allows for specialism development within departments to allow for future growth of our service offerings.
We have partnered with various local organisations that works within our local community in Farnborough to improve the quality of life of those they work with. This includes people from low economic backgrounds, food banks, area clean ups, and more.
We operate a CSR committee which generates ideas for initiatives, coordinates events and liaises with local organisations to raise funds, collect donations and provide support to our wider community. This is overseen by our CSR Partner and involves monthly meetings to allocate responsibility for gathering and sharing team ideas and delivery of these.
Each year, we create a CSR calendar to ensure that we have plenty of initiatives running throughout the year to support designated charities and our internal teams.
We partner with a designated charity to identify ways in which they would benefit from our support. In addition, we work with various other charities throughout the year who benefit from particular events dedicated to raise funds and/or donations on an ad hoc basis.
