We hope that you will not have any problem with the service we provide for you, but if you do have a complaint about the service you have received or about the invoice, then please let us know as soon as possible. We operate an internal complaints handling procedure and will try and resolve any problem quickly. If the person handling your matter cannot assist the matter will be referred to Alistair McArthur, Client Care Partner, to resolve the problem. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the problem between us, within 8 weeks you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint.
