Herrington Carmichael’s leadership is excited to announce the launch of their new values. This launch comes after months of planning, getting insight from employees, and choosing what best represents the firm and all we strive for.
Yavan Brar, the firm’s Managing Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial, says this about the launch: “A key factor for the management team has been to create a positive, supportive, and enjoyable environment. While we recognise the need for continuous improvement, it remains top of our list of priorities. We have implemented various new initiatives to bolster employee wellness and experience. Our hope is that these values reflect our past efforts and guide our decisions going forward.”
As part of the process, time was spent analysing our firm’s history – the words we have adopted and the culture that has unconsciously been created around it. The marketing material we have used to demonstrate what makes us stand out, and the culture of both client-centric and employee-focused service delivery. We wanted our brand and values to look forward, focus on the practicalities of the now, and not forget the legacy of what has brought the firm here.
