Senior Apprentice Solicitor, Corporate
Matt is a Senior Apprentice Solicitor in our Corporate department, working on a variety of corporate matters including M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and shareholders’ agreements.
Matt graduated from the University of Sussex with a First-Class Honours Degree in Law. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Matt completed the firm’s legal internship programme in 2024.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys running and mountain-biking, as well as skiing (albeit slightly less frequently).
