Conveyancing Executive, New Build Conveyancing
Laura deals with sale transactions and reviewing the contract and legal documentation to prepare reports for our client’s new build property purchases.
After joining the New Build Property team at Herrington Carmichael in July 2017, Laura began in the completions team, moving on to the Pre Exchange team, where she ran client purchases from the point of reserving their new home to exchange of contracts.
As part of her continued growth at Herrington Carmichael she is currently studying and completing her CILEx qualification, having completed level 3 in October 2022 and this gives her the ACILEx qualification.
When Laura is not watching crime documentaries, she tends to be spending time with her family.
