Genevieve Van Niekerk

Genevieve was born and raised in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. She went on to complete her Bcom Law and LLB degrees at North West University in the small academic town of Potchefstroom, followed by her Articles in the Deceased Estates and Trusts Department.

She works as a Paralegal in the Private Wealth Department at HC and is currently completing her LLM, with a research focus on Anti-Money Laundering mechanisms.

Outside of her legal work, Genevieve is at her happiest when she is active. Exercise is an important part of her routine and wellbeing, particularly running. Genevieve thrives outdoors and makes the most of any sunny day, whether she’s exploring walking paths, exercising by the sea, or simply enjoying fresh air.
