Francesca Falzarano

Francesca is a solicitor in the Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team. She assists clients with all aspects of contentious probate, trust and inheritance disputes.

Francesca has a particular interest in resolving disputes outside of court, including by mediation or alternative dispute resolution. Francesca guides clients through these disputes to reach resolutions, as amicably as possible.

Francesca studied at the University of Exeter and the University of Law. She qualified in 2024 after training at a regional firm in Reading. Before this, Francesca worked at a top 50 law firm working in various roles including Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant and finally, Senior Paralegal in a Contentious Private client team.

Outside of work, Francesca attends weekly tap-dancing classes and enjoys hosting family and friends for dinner parties.
