Esther Michael-John
Esther advises on a wide range of construction-related transactions, including due diligence, building contract, sub-contracts, consultant appointments, and collateral warranties. She has experience acting for a variety of stakeholders across the construction industry and has contributed to high-value projects across the UK.
Esther is a dual-qualified solicitor with a cross-jurisdictional legal background. She began her legal career in Lagos, Nigeria before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales. Prior to joining Herrington Carmichael, she worked in the construction, disputes and project team at an internation law firm.
Esther also holds a master’s degree in FinTech and Policy from the University of Surrey and has a strong interest in legal technology.
