Daniel Leitao

Daniel is a dispute-resolution paralegal who specialises in Chancery Division matters, acting for both private and commercial clients. With five years’ experience, he has achieved swift, cost-effective results in possession claims, service-charge disputes, boundary issues and Trusts of Land applications. Daniel’s practice is centred around providing clear communication and securing favourable settlements.

Daniel holds an LLM from BPP University and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Portsmouth. He is currently working toward qualification via the SQE route.

Outside work, Daniel re-charges by playing football, sharpening his topspin on the tennis court, and travelling the world in search of the world’s best bowl of noodles.
