Daniel is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in both commercial and property disputes across London, Surrey and Hampshire. He represents a diverse portfolio of private individuals, businesses, and property professionals, delivering strategic and cost‑effective solutions to complex legal challenges.
Previous work highlights include:
- Successfully defending a private client in an order‑for‑sale dispute brought by a major high‑street lender concerning arrears spanning over five years (c.£800k).
- Advising a leaseholder in an FTT action against a landlord over a £1.2m service charge major works dispute.
- Acting in a complex Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) claim between co‑habitees, contesting an order for sale of the family home.
- Advising a large commercial landlord on historic land charges and covenant issues affecting title.
- Acting for landlords in high‑value, complex and contested possession proceedings involving residential and commercial property, including disputes as to tenancy status and statutory protections.
- Acting for a major enterprise in dilapidations and commercial lease break disputes.
- Handling complex contractual disputes across a range of commercial sectors.
Outside the office, Daniel recharges by playing football, embracing the fast‑growing sport of padel, and travelling the globe in search of the world’s finest bowl of noodles.
