Siddhartha Saxena

Siddhartha is a Senior Co Sec Paralegal in our Corporate department, specialising in Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance work. He supports the team with governance, compliance and a broad range of company secretarial matters.

Before joining the firm, he gained extensive experience in various in house roles, including within FTSE 100 environments. In his previous positions, he also worked across several jurisdictions, providing company secretarial and governance support and developing strong international exposure. Siddhartha is a qualified CGI governance professional, holding memberships with both CGI (UK) and ICSI (India). He also holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Portsmouth, along with a Bachelor’s in Law and a Master’s in Finance.

Outside of work, Siddhartha enjoys long walks, travelling and exploring new places with his family.
