Trainee Solicitor
Tomos is a Trainee Solicitor within the Real Estate Department where he has worked since June 2023. His current seat is within the Development sub-group, assisting with all legal aspects of projects from start to finish. Tomos is due to qualify into the Real Estate Department as a Solicitor in March 2026 and will specialise in Residential Development.
Tomos graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Politics and International Relations. After deciding that he wished to pursue a career in law, he undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law at Cardiff University. He then completed his studies at the University of Law (Guildford) with the LPC with Masters.
Outside of work, Tomos enjoys watching live sport and music.
Experience
- Acting for residential developer in a complex purchase of a development site by way of a conditional contract, covenant variation agreement and senior and mezzanine finance requirements with an estimated gross development value of £15m
- Acting for residential developer in an unconditional site acquisition with an option to purchase additional land with an initial gross development value of £3.5m.
