Lucinda is a Solicitor in the Corporate department working on corporate matters and M&A transactions including share sales and purchases, corporate restructuring and shareholders’ agreements across multiple sectors.

Lucinda holds a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Winchester, a Graduate Diploma in Law and an LPC/LLM in Law from the University of Law.

Outside of work, Lucinda enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dogs and is a keen traveller exploring Europe and Asia, with a particular love for the food and culture of Japan.
