Employment Tribunal Claims & Litigation
If you have been unable to resolve your employment issues amicably, issuing a claim to an Employment Tribunal may be the next option.
The Employment Tribunal process has strict timeframes (usually three months from the date of dismissal or incident complained of) and rigid procedures that must be followed to allow your claim to proceed.
We can help you through this process and can act on your behalf at a hearing or in negotiations for settlement. Whatever your chosen course of action might be, we want to secure the best result for you.
Some claims can be issued through the civil courts and we can help you to decide whether this option is right for you.
Tribunal or court action is not always the only way to resolve a dispute and we can help you weigh up your options alongside the costs and other factors involved in each so you can make an informed decision, supported by our guidance.
