Board Meeting Support
To support you with your regular Board meetings, we can assist you by:

How effective is your Board?
To evaluate the effectiveness of your board, our team can support you by:
- Developing, preparing and agreeing with you a questionnaire with relevant questions to review the effectiveness of the board.
- Sending out the questionnaires to the directors.
- Going through the questions with each of the directors to understand the work of the board and concerns each individual director might have.
- Reviewing of responses provided by directors and identify potential issues with respect of the effectiveness of the work of the board with a focus on transparency, effective information flow, roles and responsibilities and flagging identified potential issues.
- Discussing recommendations with chair of the board.

- Developing, preparing, and agreeing with you corporate governance frameworks and principles based on the recommendations in line with what has to be published on your website in accordance with rule 26 of the AIM rules including responsibilities of the members of the board of directors and details of any committees of the board of directors and their responsibilities.
