Promotions in Dispute Resolution Team

We are pleased to announce the promotion of James Musallam and Jed Temple to Senior Solicitor within the firm’s Dispute Resolution team from 1 January 2026.

James, who joined Herrington Carmichael upon qualification has played a key role in complex commercial litigation matters, including high-value fraud cases in the High Court.

Jed brings a unique combination of expertise as both a solicitor and surveyor, with nearly 20 years of experience on major national and international projects. His practical, solution-focused approach has been instrumental in resolving complex property and commercial disputes.

These promotions reflect Herrington Carmichael’s commitment to investing in talent and supporting career progression across the firm.
