Yuki Tsang

Yuki is a Solicitor in our Corporate team. Prior to that, she worked across the corporate and capital markets practices of several US international law firms, advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, take-privates, venture capital investments, corporate governance, and general commercial matters.

Yuki is dual-qualified in England, Wales, and Hong Kong. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and subsequently passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.

Outside of work, Yuki enjoys skiing, travelling, and exploring different cuisines and cultures.
