Tom Garner

Tom is a member of the residential conveyancing team where he assists Zoe Morris in a range of transactions from the usual buying/selling to transfer of equity and assents. From Liaising with clients and third parties, to drafting contract packs and exchanging on transactions, he has a range of roles.

Leaving college Tom went straight into a paralegal apprenticeship with another firm where he gained experience in new build property. After deciding it wasn’t for him, he then took a year out working in telecoms. After a small stint away from Law, he is back into property but from a new angle where he is gaining a new insight into property and building up his knowledge and practise skills.

Outside of work Tom races bikes, mainly mountain bikes but dabbles into the road scene too. Aside from this you’ll find him out on a golf course or out hiking.
