Before joining Herrington Carmichael, Rebecca worked at one of the largest regional law firms in East Anglia, advising on commercial property and real estate development. She brings over 20 years of solid real estate experience from Hong Kong, which adds an international edge to her work here in the UK. Having worked in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets, she’s well-versed in handling large, complex projects and cross-border deals.

In Hong Kong, Rebecca held senior in-house roles with major property developers, leading legal teams on huge mixed-use developments with over 20,000 homes. This gave her great experience managing complicated legal issues and working closely with teams across different areas. She’s known for her strong drafting skills and her ability to navigate both UK and international property transactions smoothly.
