Katie Waygood
Chartered Legal Executive, Real Estate
Katie is Chartered Legal Executive in the Real Estate team and deals with a mixed type of work, such as Landlord and Tenant matters and acquisitions and disposals.
After graduating with a degree in Biochemistry, Katie pursued a legal career and qualified as a lawyer in 2022. Katie has previously worked at a Local Authority and a high street firm in Hampshire dealing with all aspects of commercial property.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.

- Acting on the purchase of an industrial unit for £2m
- Providing corporate support in respect of property aspects on a share sale at over £1m
- Acting for a tenant in a linked transaction of two new leases of an office and logistics warehouse with a combined initial rent exceeding £600,000
- Acting for a landlord on a solar battery storage site lease valued at over £1m
- Acting for a local authority in registering over 100 parcels of unregistered land at the Land Registry
