Senior Apprentice Solicitor, Private Wealth & Inheritance
Kate is a Senior Apprentice Solicitor in our Private Wealth and Inheritance Team, having joined the team in March 2022 from a Legal 500 firm in Berkshire. Kate has over 4 years’ experience and sits within our Older and Vulnerable Persons team specialising in all aspects of Estate Administration, the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Kate achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Law LLB from the University of Winchester and won the Routledge award for outstanding academic achievement. Kate is now a Senior Apprentice Solicitor, having commenced study with the University of Law for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE). Kate has experience dealing with Estates featuring trusts for discretionary beneficiaries and vulnerable persons, preparation of Wills including complex provisions and Lasting Powers of Attorney relating to potential capacity issues.
