David is a Paralegal in the Private Wealth Department and is primarily focused on estate administration duties. In this role, he assists the personal representatives in their obligations, including obtaining the Grant of Representation, administering the estate, and distributing the residue to beneficiaries after paying any legacies. In these matters, David acts as the main point of contact for clients and asset holders and is responsible for producing Estate Accounts, which demonstrate that the estate has been administered properly. David also conducts legal research when a topic needs to be explored in more detail.
With a degree in Geology from Southampton University, David studied the GDL at the University of Law in Reading in 2019/20 before completing an LPC LLM, undertaking electives in Commercial Law, Debt Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Intellectual Property.
Outside the office, David enjoys spending time in nature and photographing wildlife. He is also a genealogist and plays the piano, with a particular interest in Classical composers.
