Real Estate Solicitor – Commercial Property & Real Estate Finance (2-3 Yrs PQE)

The Opportunity:

As a Real Estate Fee Earner with a range of commercial property experience,  you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of commercial property and real estate finance matters across all sectors and values, alongside general acquisition and disposal work.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload and advise on all aspects of including real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals, including the negotiation of leases, refinancing, and (working closely with our Corporate team) the property aspects of certain business acquisitions, sales and reorganisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to deepen their expertise in secured lending and real estate finance while working on a range of challenging and rewarding commercial property cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of real estate finance matters, including development finance, bridging loans, and property refinancing and a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Conducting due diligence and coordinating with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client service.
• Assisting in business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on finance and secured lending.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Interest in business development and networking within the financial and real estate industries.
