Herrington Carmichael advise Palladium on the Successful Acquisition by Inspirit Capital and PCB Partners

Herrington Carmichael’s Corporate team, lead by Managing Partner, Yavan Brar, has advised the Senior Management team of Palladium Digital Group (“Palladium”), a leading digital advisory partner for Private Equity, on its recent acquisition by Inspirit Capital and PCB Partners.

Over the last decade, Palladium has built an exceptional reputation as a leading digital and strategic consulting partner for private equity-backed businesses, consistently helping them to unlock value, drive growth and achieve sustainable success. The new partnership with Inspirit Capital and PCB Partners provides both the resources and expertise for Palladium to continue enhancing its market-leading AI capabilities and support its North American growth strategy.
