Kelly is a Solicitor in the Private Wealth and Inheritance team, specialising in Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. Kelly joined Herrington Carmichael in September 2023.
Kelly studied Law at University, attaining an LLB Law degree, an LPC and then successfully completed a 2-year training contract at a Top 100 full-service law firm in Manchester. Kelly qualified in 2021, where she joined one of the North West’s largest and oldest Legal 500 full-service law firms in South Manchester. Kelly has one final examination to go before she completes the STEP diploma. Since qualifying as a Solicitor, Kelly has worked with a broad range of clients in the work that she undertakes, with a keen interest in Court of Protection work.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys exploring the outdoors and reading a good book.
