Jessica re-joined the Real Estate department in 2023 having trained with the firm at the start of her career. She specialises in Residential Development, acting for developers in the acquisition and disposals of development land, and everything in between from planning agreements to plot sales. She enjoys getting to know her clients and collaborating with them and other parties in the transaction to achieve a successful outcome.
Jessica has worked at several regional firms, always specialising in development and has a strong background in all aspects of residential development.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors; at her allotment and in the countryside. In warmer months you can find her taking a dip in open water swim locations locally.
