New Premises Licence

A new premises licence application can be a minefield for the unwary.  Our licensing lawyers have many years of experience in dealing with the strict timetables, notice requirements, statutory advertisements, local authorities, responsible authorities and objectors.

We will guide you through the licensing objectives and specific requirements for your particular local authority.  We will engage with both the local authority and responsible authorities (such as the police and environmental health team) to ensure that your application can go through as smoothly as possible.

We can even pick up and run with a “less than perfect” application that you may have made yourself and represent you at any committee hearing.
