Tomos is a Solicitor in the Development Team of the Real Estate department. Tomos was a trainee at the firm and spent the entirety of his training contract within the Real Estate Team. Tomos acts predominantly for residential developers and has experience with site acquisitions (options, conditional contracts, and unconditional contracts). He also has experience with planning agreements under S.106 as well as infrastructure agreements.
Tomos studied Politics & International Relations at the University of Reading before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law at Cardiff University. Finally, he studied the LPC at the University of Law in Guildford.
In his free time, Tomos enjoys watching and playing sports. In particular, he enjoys playing football and padel. He has an interest in music, trying to watch as much live music as he can.
Experience
- Acting for residential developer in a complex purchase of a development site by way of a conditional contract, covenant variation agreement and senior and mezzanine finance requirements with an estimated gross development value of £15m
- Acting for residential developer in an unconditional site acquisition with an option to purchase additional land with an initial gross development value of £3.5m.
