Rhian Hazeldene
Trainee Solicitor
Rhian joined Herrington Carmichael in September 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor. She is currently in her fourth seat in our Commercial Department.
After graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a first-class law degree, Rhian continued her studies and achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at the University of Law.
Rhian has undertaken a variety of work experience which has equipped her with the skills required for her work. During her studies she volunteered at Citizens Advice Bureau which allowed her to work directly with clients, enabling them to move on and fulfil their objectives.
Outside of work, Rhian enjoys spending time with family and going to the gym.

- Assisting in drafting a distribution agreement for a global supply chain and electronics manufacturing company.
- Assisting in drafting a Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement for a leading loyalty rewards provider.
- Assisting in an Alternative Business Structure application for a new law firm including drafting AML policies.
- Assisting in drafting a non-disclosure agreement for a leading construction company in the Southeast.
- Assisting in providing practical advice to an international medical equipment supplier in relation to their distributor group structure.
- Assisting in drafting terms and conditions for a global technology specialist.
