Martha is a solicitor within the Real Estate team and handles all areas of commercial property and development. She frequently advises clients on a range of matter including the acquisition of new property for development purposes, as well as acting for both Landlord and Tenant in the grant of new leases.
Recently Martha acted on the acquisition of a development site with planning for 7 dwellings where the title had restrictive covenants preventing the development. She has also assisted with the grant of a new lease where the initial rent was £600,000.
Martha joined the team in June 2022 and completed 18 months of her Training contract within the department before qualifying in March 2024.
Outside of work Martha enjoys cooking and going to the gym.
