Lara Drijver

Lara Drijver is the Resourcing Operations Manager at Herrington Carmichael, helping drive the Firm’s growth by leading our recruitment efforts. Lara has multiple years of experience as an operations manager in the hospitality sector with a transferable skill-set of running an efficient department having previously worked for Hilton Hotels and more recently as Head of Events for a wedding caterer.

Lara has a Law with Criminology BA(Hons) under her belt and is also fluent in Spanish.

In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit, long dog walks and binge watching a good crime thriller series!
