Isabella Milnes-James

Isabella is a solicitor in the Employment team, having begun her career at Herrington Carmichael as a Paralegal in the Private Wealth Team before completing her training contract with the firm. Isabella is developing a specialism in sexual harassment and sex discrimination, having discovered a strong interest in these areas during her training.

She studied English Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating with a First Class degree, before converting to law through a Master of Arts in Law, in which she achieved a Distinction. Isabella went on to complete the LPC, also with a Distinction.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys reading, eating (but not cooking) great food, and spending time with her friends and family.
