Harry is a Solicitor within the Corporate Team, having qualified from his training contract in September 2024. Harry advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including, mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, shareholders’ agreements and franchising.
Harry graduated from the University of Leeds with a First-Class Honours Degree in Law and obtained a Distinction in the LPC from the University of Law.
Harry is a keen footballer who can regularly be found scoring goals for his local football club Sandhurst Royals. Harry also spends time working on his mental resilience by watching his beloved Birmingham City.

- Advising the shareholders of a UK financial advisory business on their £33m share sale to a national market consolidator.
- Share sale of financial advising business to national consolidator for aggregate consideration of £6m.
- Demerger of a £2.5m UK financial advisory company in preparation of an onward sale.
- Supporting a UK wealth management practice with 4 acquisitions having a combined deal value in excess of £25m.
- Supporting a UK wealth management practice with a number of acquisitions having a combined deal value of more than £6m.
- Sale of shares in a UK IFA business to a mid-market acquirer for £4.8M with an ongoing role for the seller.
- £1.4m asset sale for an owner-managed regional IFA.
- Share sale of market leading sporting and activity holiday travel company to a large PE backed industry acquirer for a total consideration of up to £8.2m.
- Share purchase of a marketing agency to add to the buyer’s subsidiaries for consideration of up to £2m for cash and equity consideration.
- Assisted with the restructure of an established UK debt enforcement group as well as two share acquisitions for a total consideration of £2.5m.
- £550k acquisition of shares in car body shop business as part of wider acquisition strategy for regional body shop group.
- Management buyout of a national construction consultancy business for a total consideration of £1m paid via loan notes.
- Sale of a shares in a UK graphic design company for a total consideration of £540k.
- Assisting a UK football coaching business in establishing a franchise, including:
- Providing initial advice relating to structuring the franchise network;
- Advising on the pilot scheme;
- Drafting the franchise agreement and other associated documents; and
- Providing advice relating to onboarding new franchisees.
- Assisting a south-east estate agency in establishing a franchise model for its business, including drafting and negotiating the franchise agreement.
- Advising a franchisee in respect of a global gym and leisure franchise and the terms of the franchise agreement, including:
- Reviewing the franchise agreement;
- Reporting on the agreement highlighting any non-standard terms or provisions which posed a particularly high risk to the franchisee;
- Advising on the consequences of its terms; and
- Suggesting how best to address the provisions in dispute.
- Advising a franchisee in respect of a UK nursery franchise and the terms of the franchise agreement.
- Advising overseas IT consultancy franchise on its entry to the UK, including advising on:
- Implementing pilot operations;
- Drafting the required franchise documents and coordinating local advice in international franchising projects;
- Structuring and setting up the franchise network;
- Updating or refreshing of the franchising agreement on renewal; and
- Franchise resales, including intra network or external franchise disposals.
