Emma Carter
Paralegal, Private Wealth & Inheritance
Emma is a Paralegal in the Private Wealth and Inheritance team, specialising in estate administration, including complex and contested estates, Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney. Emma is passionate about providing an excellent level of service and piece of mind for clients at difficult times, working with empathy and discretion.
Emma gained an LLB Law degree from the University of Reading, graduating with First Class Honours in 2022. She then gained experience as a paralegal in Private Client for a Basingstoke-based firm, where she was the primary support for their head of department. Alongside work, Emma is now studying the LPC LLM with the University of Law, with a view to later qualifying as a solicitor.
Outside of work and study, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family, seeing live music, reading and can be found at various military events, re-enacting as part of a US Forces Living History group with her partner.
