Elisabeth Smith
Legal Director, Head of Residential Property
Elisabeth is a Legal Director in our Residential Property team and has been working in Hampshire in conveyancing since 2002. Elisabeth deals with all aspects of Residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, high value portfolios, investment property and lease extensions.
Elisabeth started her career in 1997 in New York City as a Notary Public and acted for lenders and title companies on sales, purchases and remortgages. She also assisted a developer in acquiring properties at auction from the City.
In her spare time, Elisabeth supports her daughter’s hockey team as manager and enjoys reading, puzzles and spending time with her family.
