Bethany Fitzgerald
Solicitor, Dispute Resolution
Beth is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, working on a variety of matters for both individuals and corporate clients, from property and commercial litigation to contentious probate matters. She is experienced in negotiating settlements and resolutions for clients to avoid legal action and is equally well practiced in court proceedings.
Beth graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in law (2018) and went on to complete the LPC alongside the Master of Laws LLM at the University of Law in Guildford.
Outside of work Beth is a self-confessed foodie and loves visiting restaurants with friends and family. Beth enjoys travelling to countries all over the world and has recently islanded hopped around the islands of Croatia, with a trip to Japan in the works too. Any spare time Beth does have is spent with her Basset Hounds, Dexter and Bubble.
I would like to thank Beth and her team for all their hard work on this matter. It has been hugely stressful, and her cool, calm head has been very reassuring to us.
