Zoe Morris

Zoe Morris is a Solicitor with the New Build Conveyancing department.

Zoe works in the New Build property department and qualified at a local firm on 7 August 2020. Zoe has a range of experience in both standard residential property transactions, as well as New Build property transactions and works alongside various large property developers.

Zoe completed her training contract in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor on 7 August 2020. Since qualifying, she has recently moved into the New Build department at Herrington Carmichael whereby she acts for many clients purchasing properties from large developers.

Zoe’s current responsibilities include:

• Acting for first time buyers in new build property transactions
• Part exchange transactions
• Transfers of Equity
• Help to Buy Scheme
• Acting for purchasers and sellers in standard residential transactions
• Sales

Zoe is an avid supporter of Reading FC and has held a season ticket there for over 16 years, watching them both at home and at away games. She enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a keen traveller.
