Usof advises on all aspects of UK Immigration Law. He covers all areas of Immigration practice and procedure for both corporate and private clients. Usof has specialist skills advising businesses of all sizes in all areas from compliance, to sponsor licence applications, to visa applications for their migrant workforce. He is regularly nominated as Level 1 user by his clients and effectively manages their Sponsor Management System on their behalf.
In his previous role as a Senior Consultant for a large global Immigration service provider he advised private and corporate clients on all aspects of UK Immigration Law.
Usof has: a Law degree (LLB), studied the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and also completed his OISC Level 1.
Experience | Key projects
Usof has managed key client accounts and has been the account manager for many of his clients which include investment banks, management consultancy firms, global advertising technology providers, social networking services as well as a higher education institute. He has provided training on RTW checks and carried out audits for corporate clients to ensure they adhere with their sponsor duties and remain compliant as a sponsor. He has also provided training on the new Immigration system and carried out Brexit presentations and seminars on client sites.
Hobbies & Interests
He has won trophies at various football tournaments as a team and as an individual, awards such as top goalscorer and MVP (before his retirement). Usof also enjoys going to the gym and travelling.
