Samantha joined Herrington Carmichael in August 2021. She has spent the last 20 years working in the area of residential conveyancing.
Samantha undertakes a range of residential properties matters including Freehold and Leaseholds sales, purchases, remortgages and Transfers of Equity.
She is also experienced in dealing with both voluntary and statutory Lease Extensions.
When Samantha is not working she loves spending time with her family.
