Nicola O’Dwyer is an experienced employment solicitor having qualified in 2003.
As a commercially focused and pragmatic adviser, Nicola works with a variety of clients from a broad spectrum of sectors. She has a wealth of experience in supporting SME’s with any employment issue that may arise. Nicola works closely with her clients to ensure that she understands the needs of their business, and reach their desired outcome. She has experience of working with a number of industries including food manufacturers, hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, theatres, recycling and charities.
Nicola undertakes the full breadth of employment practice from the drafting and review of employment contracts, staff handbooks, and Directors Service Agreements; to advising both employers and employees in relation to settlement agreements and advising both Claimants and Respondents in relation to Employment Tribunal claims. Nicola also assists on corporate transactions and advises on any TUPE implications and how to follow the correct procedure.
Nicola previously worked at a successful regional firm and joined Herrington Carmichael in 2021.
