Minnaar joined the firm in January 2016 from a top 100 law firm. He has been a lawyer for all of his working life over two jurisdictions and has made his home in the Thames Valley for the past eight years. Minnaar advises on all areas of Private Client law including Will drafting; Estate planning; Administering estates; Powers of Attorney; Court of Protection applications; creating and administering trusts and working with the elderly. Visiting clients in their home where mobility is a problem is something Minnaar is happy to do.

Minnaar is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Law Society Private Client Section.

Interests and Hobbies

Minnaar has a keen interest in dog shows, bird watching and spending time with family and friends.
