Libia Roldan-McRobb

Libia joined our Private Client Department as a Paralegal in January 2020 and she specialises in Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.  Libia is very caring and passionate about Private Client Law.  She is compassionate and sympathetic to client’s needs.  Client care and satisfaction is of paramount importance to Libia.


Experience  |  Recent projects


  • Originally from Colombia, Libia moved to the UK in 2003 and can speak English and Spanish fluently.

  • Libia successfully completed her Bachelor Honours Law Degree in 2014, followed by the completion of the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law with the University of Law in 2018.   Libia has been a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) since 2014 and was granted the Certificate in Administration of Estates in 2015. Libia is currently studying for the STEP Diploma in Will Preparation which is the highest qualification in Will Writing.

  • Libia is a student Member of the Association of Tax Technicians since 2017 and successfully passed her exam in Inheritance Tax Law.


Interests and Hobbies 

Libia is passionate about helping people and spends her free time volunteering for different charities.  Libia is closely involved with her local Church and is an active member of her local Parish Council, for a third time in a row.  Often leading projects to alleviate poverty and to fundraise for life saving projects. As well as serving in her local church during the weekends and runs the Fair Trade Stall on Sundays.
