Areas of responsibility

Josh has a background in Residential Conveyancing having dealt with a wide range of residential property matters prior to joining the Real Estate team. Josh continues to act for a number of long standing clients whose needs relate to both residential and commercial property.

Josh also has experience of acting for lenders in secured lending cases and in acting for developers dealing with residential development. In addition he also deals with lease extension and general enfranchisement cases.

Interests and Hobbies

Josh is a keen runner having taken part in several half marathon races so far this year and has most recently run the London Marathon. His other interests include football, aviation, travel and craft beer.
