Josh Watkins acted for me in a complicated conveyancing matter with critical deadlines to be met. In one instance a really difficult problem arose which seemed to me to be impossible to resolve. However Josh presented me with several solutions and guided me through the choices. I was so glad that he was there.

Josh provided an exceptional service on the purchase of our first rural property. He pre-empted many of our questions and was comfortable providing thoughtful advice & solutions to our concerns.
