James is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team with a particular interest in commercial disputes.
James studied Law at the University of the West of England, graduating in 2017and then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with Distinction in 2020. James trained with a Guildford based regional firm and joined Herrington Carmichael upon completion of his training contract in August 2023.
James has been able to gain a wide range of Dispute Resolution experience both as a Paralegal, and as a Trainee Solicitor. James has experience dealing with both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of sectors.
In his spare time, James enjoys cheering on Crystal Palace and the Cincinnati Bengals, as well as attempting to play a number of sports.
