Areas of responsibility

Hollie is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Dispute Resolution department. Hollie manages all of the debt recovery work for the firm. This includes bringing and defending Claims for Clients and where necessary preparing cases through to a Final hearing. Hollie deals with enforcing Judgments, both UK and foreign, on behalf of Clients and deals with cross jurisdictional debt recovery if debtors live outside England and Wales.

Hollie works with a number of management companies in relation to breach of lease matters. This includes recovering unpaid service charges and dealing with any nuisance claims.

Hollie will also assist more senior members of the Dispute Resolution department with more complex litigation.

Experience/recent projects

Hollie graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Law with Criminology before completing her LPC course at the College of Law. Hollie has since qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive through CILEx.

In her spare time Hollie enjoys seeing friends, baking, reading a good book and attending music events.
