Client Testimonials
Thank you so much for your help and support since taking over our case. We have been most impressed with your prompt communication and the level of support we feel we received from yourself. Your advice both, legal and pragmatic, has given us the boost/reassurance of confidence one requires when dealing with unreasonable people over a long period. Your knowledge, thoroughness and eye for detail speak for themselves and we are very happy with the final agreement reached. Whilst we hope never to be in this situation again, you would be the first person we call or recommend to others should that occur.
Mr & Mrs Trepte
I would like to express my great appreciation to you for the work you have done over the past year. Following your colleague’s three Adverse Possession applications which were contested by a particularly difficult neighbour you took over the dispute resolution part of the process. Your guidance and advice through various options was highly valued as was your precise, logical and ‘perfectly crafted’ letter writing to the neighbour. Because all three Applications for Adverse Possessions were very thorough and faultless, as were all your communications with the neighbour, he finally withdrew his objection and all the land was successfully registered in my name. Even after the registration of the replacement boundary fences, which was also contested by the neighbour, your help and advice was invaluable. I am very appreciative of your work ethic, logical explanations of the processes to me, your detailed knowledge, thoroughness and your exceptional letter writing skills.
