Areas of responsibility

Fareen joined Herrington Carmichael in September 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor and is currently completing her first seat in the Private Client department.  She assists in preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and lodging applications at the Probate Registry.  Fareen also assists members of the Private Client department in the administration and taxation of Trusts and Estates.  She also has experience drafting Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Renunciation. Fareen will also sit seats in Residential Property, Dispute Resolution and Family.


Experience/recent projects

Fareen studied Law at the London School of Economics, graduating in 2016. She then went on to work for Women’s Aid, gaining experience working with victims of domestic abuse and assisting them to obtain injunctions in the County Court.  Fareen then completed her LPC at the University of Law in 2017, obtaining a Distinction.



Interests and Hobbies

Outside of the office, Fareen enjoys baking, spending time with friends and family and travelling to different places both within the UK and around the world.
