Cara Groves

Cara joined Herrington Carmichael as a trainee solicitor in September 2021. Cara completed the first seat of her training contract in Dispute Resolution.

Cara moved into the Real Estate department for her second seat focusing primarily on development. She has continued her third seat with the Real Estate department this time turning her focus to secured lending, commercial sale and acquisitions and Landlord and Tenant work. Cara has now made the decision to qualify into the Real Estate department here at Herrington Carmichael.

Cara graduated from the University of Leicester in 2019 with an Upper Second Class Honours in Human Geography. She went on to obtain distinctions in the GDL, LPC and LLM from the University of Law.

Outside of work, Cara enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes playing rugby, running and open water swimming in the summer months.
