Experience | Key projects
Annabelle has particular experience advising on disputes arising from the following:-
- Landlord and Tenant
- Property Disputes
- Cohabitation and Co-ownership
- Contentious Probate
- Fresca-Judd v Golovina EQHC QBD, 5 February 2016. Annabelle advised on the successful defence and reported case of a tenant whose landlord’s insurer subrogated its claim against her for a sum in excess of £130,000.00 relating to significant property damage.
- Successfully negotiating the settlement of a complex claim by 2 adult beneficiaries to their late father’s estate totalling in excess of £2m. Annabelle tailored her advice to the additionally complex and sensitive issue of client’s capacity to engage in litigation.

Phew !! What a relief to get this matter finally over with. I cannot thank your dispute resolution team enough for all your help. Once again it was a pleasure dealing with you and should we ever have the misfortune to have to use your services, I would be very confident making that choice.
