Annabelle is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department at Herrington Carmichael. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2016 having assisted both individual and commercial clients in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
Together with her legal qualifications, Annabelle also holds a first class honours degree in business management. Combining her strong legal skillset with her study of business, Annabelle is highly regarded for her commercial and pragmatic advice to client matters.

Key Projects
- Fresca-Judd v Golovina [2016] EQHC QBD, 5 February 2016. Annabelle advised on the successful defence and reported case of a tenant whose landlord’s insurer subrogated its claim against her for a sum in excess of £130,000.00 relating to significant property damage.
- Successfully negotiating the settlement of a complex claim by 2 adult beneficiaries to their late father’s estate totalling in excess of £2m. Annabelle tailored her advice to the additionally complex and sensitive issue of client’s capacity to engage in litigation.
Interests and Hobbies
Annabelle cycles, travels the globe where possible and enjoys practicing her (basic) Chinese Mandarin when the opportunity presents itself.
